📋 Description

• Coordinate every step of the onboarding process; from background checks to welcome letters—while
• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process by sending offer documentation, background check
• Ensure Hiring Compliance: Conduct and track background checks, reference verifications, and motor
• Maintain Hiring Records: Prepare weekly orientation rosters, manage personnel and licensing files
• Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources experience with a focus on recruiting, onboarding
• Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, hiring regulations
• HR Systems: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR onboarding platforms such as
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the
• Organization & Communication: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
