Onboarding Associate

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for partners and coordinate across teams for onboarding.
• Onboard and train partners: menu setup, image edits, and information review.
• Inform partners about processes via forms, email, and phone in local language.
• Monitor onboarding progress using Monday.com and other Wolt tools.
• Learn and master internal systems and workflows to support onboarding.
• Ensure partner setup is ready for success on the Wolt platform.

• Fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication in English and Estonian.
• Empathy, charm and honesty to build strong relationships.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to getting things done.
• Adaptable to a rapidly changing market; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent collaboration across teams in a high-performance culture.
• Nice to have: ~1 year in onboarding or partner ops; data discipline.
