• Bilingual/Fluent in Vietnamese & English
• Experience in Restaurant/Hospitality industry
• 3+ years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and ops
• Self-driven with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
• Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills
