📋 Description

Onboard new clients by coordinating activities across internal teams
Prepare and complete Client KYC onboarding files
Monitor onboarding progress to meet milestones
Prepare onboarding docs including Service Agreements
Point of contact for onboarding-related client queries
Support bank account opening processes with banks and teams

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Finance/Business/Law or related field, or equivalent
ACCA/CGI/ICSA or similar qualifications advantageous
AML/KYC certifications beneficial but not essential
Experience in Fund Services, Onboarding, AML/KYC, or financial services
Knowledge of AML/KYC/regulatory requirements, Luxembourg-focused or similar
Experience in client onboarding and business acceptance
