2+ years in Onboarding, Customer Success, Client Management, Recruiting, or Professional Staffing
Experience interviewing candidates and speaking to them professionally in English
Experience with video conferencing software and conducting interviews
Ability to coordinate with customers and multiple parties to meet demand
Strong English communication skills
