Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants across cities in local country
Lead internal initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes
Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with business data requirements, including validation of contracts, KYC, and KYB processes
Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards
Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication
Educate partners on using the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal to optimize their performance
