Manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program
Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and
Partner with stakeholders to update new hire information for current practices and policies
Develop understanding of onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse)
Track metrics to evaluate onboarding programs and propose improvements
Assist in weekly orientation preparations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years in onboarding, learning and development, HR, or program management
