📋 Description

• Own onboarding experience for Customers and Team Members
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales and Product on onboarding ops
• Support contract customization and escalations
• Maintain onboarding playbooks and documentation
• Ensure accurate data and smooth onboarding workflow
• Remote-first, UTC -4 to -7 base, fixed-term through May 2027

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR or HR SaaS customer facing role
• Customer-first mindset with strong meetings management
• Experience handling escalations and CSAT/NPS improvements
• Strong written/verbal communication and detail orientation
• Remote-friendly, self-motivated, language skills in English
• Knowledge of AI/workflow automation a plus
