Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics

📋 Description

• Be the face of Locus Robotics at a customer site, ensuring robotic systems deliver results daily.
• Handle hands-on troubleshooting, operational problem solving, and customer relationship management
• Monitor system health, robot activity, task execution, and workflows to maximize uptime.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate issues, priorities, and opportunities.
• Support product validation with feedback on performance and edge cases.
• Assist in developing SOPs and playbooks for future deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, picking workflows, labor metrics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software; quick learner with strong technical
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, especially for early-stage deployments.
