Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics

📋 Description

• Serve as onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitor health and uptime.
• Proactively optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Troubleshoot and repair onsite robots to maintain uptime.
• Test, validate, and analyze performance for product improvement.
• Provide feedback on system performance and edge cases for validation.
• Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, picking workflows, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into operational improvements.
• Willingness to work onsite daily at customer locations and adapt to schedules.
