Onsite Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment on-site.
• Conduct manager and clinical consultations.
• Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed.
• Coordinate with Lyra team and employer contact.
• Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings for employees.
• Use Lyra platform for documentation and schedule management.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate in clinical psychology
• Unrestricted license to practice independently
• Experience with manufacturing employee population
• Previous experience delivering trainings or public speaking
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Evidence-based treatments: CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy
