  • 5โ€“7+ years OSINT experience in intelligence or security contexts.
  • Proficiency with OSINT tools and methodologies (GEOINT, Dark/Deep Web, data analysis, OPSEC).
  • Experience designing or contributing to technical training curricula.
  • Experience applying ADDIE to curriculum development.
  • Ability to translate complex OSINT concepts into practical training content.
  • Experience in OSINT training development, validation, and improvement.
