Operational Excellence Technical Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional security program operations within the Global Information Security Office.
• Own day-to-day program operations: ticketing workflows, intake, triage, prioritization, issue
• Coordinate with Security Engineering and Security Architecture to define workstreams, milestones
• Maintain Jira/Confluence alignment with scope, status, blockers, risks, and decisions.
• Track action logs, dependency maps, issue registers, and escalation paths to drive follow-through.
• Facilitate standups, risk reviews, stakeholder syncs, and executive-ready status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management, security, infra, or enterprise tech.
• Hands-on or adjacent security engineering/architecture support experience.
• Strong ability to plan, track, escalate, and deliver security work across teams.
• Proven success managing complex programs with competing priorities.
• Fluency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting; ability to interpret technical discussions
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored for engineers, security leaders, executives
