Co-ordinate with customers/carriers and related supplier departments for process and handle
Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customers without any late response.
Check quality and accuracy of work to meet company standards and objectives.
Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers/sales and CPL overseas /
Verify, check and confirm shipping documents, especially Bill of Lading (B/L), ensuring accuracy
Prepare and submit pre-alert documents to overseas agents and/or customers in a timely and accurate

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years experiences in Freight Forwarding
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related field
Strong Customer Service mind
Work under pressure
Sales-oriented with operational conscious
Self-confident with positive attitude
