Operational Program Director / 245D Designated Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, medical needs
• Role combines direct care with supervisory duties across programs.
• Typical hours: full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; on-call 8am Mon-Fri to support staff across multiple
• On-call rotates roughly every 3-6 weeks, including some holidays; work is onsite in programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing requirements in MN.
• 3 years supervising staff in human services per 245D requirements.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Valid liability auto insurance with reliable transportation.
• Able to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, and transport persons served in the community.
