📋 Description

• The Operational Program Director (OPD) leads and coordinates programs serving individuals with ID
• Full-time organizational role; may be part-time within any given home. Schedule flexible to meet
• On-call for emergencies; direct service shifts may be required but typically not exceed 16

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred; Designated Manager status per
• Three years’ experience supervising staff in human services per 245D requirements.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable driving record; liability insurance; reliable
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, transport persons served; strong decision-making
