📋 Description

• The Operational Program Director (OPD) leads and coordinates programs for individuals with ID, DD
• Full-time organization role (may be part-time within any given home); schedule flexible to
• OPD is on-call at all times; emergency calls may be routed to someone with comparable authority.
• Occasionally may perform direct service shifts, normally not exceeding 16 hours/week; notify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field preferred; Designated Manager status per
• Three years’ supervisory experience in human services per 245D requirements.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; valid liability insurance and reliable
• Ability to perform personal cares, lift/transfer, transport persons served; strong decision making
• Must be at least 18 (some programs require 21 for certain child foster care licensed programs).
