Operational Program Director

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with ID, DD, mental health needs, and autism
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties within multiple homes.
• On-call for emergency communications; flexible schedule to cover program needs.
• Ensure shifts staffed by qualified personnel per Dungarvin policies.
• Occasional direct service work up to 16 hours/week; higher with supervisor notice.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing in MN.
• 3+ years supervising staff in human services.
• Valid US driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to lift/assist with personal cares and transportation.
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills.
