🎯 Requirements

5+ years of operational risk/flow experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Direct experience with Jira and structured requirements tracking
Practical knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
Process improvement and systems thinking; strong documentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without formal authority
