Provide timely and reliable clinical operations support to practitioners during regular hours and
Respond to practitioner correspondence across tickets, email, and platforms within 24 hours
Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate when required
Manage patient rescheduling to minimise disruption and maintain clinical flow

🎯 Requirements

At least 2 years in customer support, admin support, or similar
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Ability to efficiently manage patient queues for timely access to healthcare
Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis
Strategic view of operational challenges and workflow improvements
Experience with AU, US, or UK clients
