Operations Accounting - Inventory Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, incl. journal entries and reconciliations.
• Finance point of contact for system-related matters.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
• Review performance and provide coaching and accountability culture.
• Resolve discrepancies in reconciliations; ensure timely resolution.
• Support balance sheet movements for cash flow reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in inventory accounting with large public company or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of inventory concepts in manufacturing/warehouse ops.
• Fixed assets accounting knowledge; understands related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure; detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship needed.
