Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Support CSE operations with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Confluence.
• Review processes and drive efficiency across systems and data.
• Build reporting for leadership on status, resourcing, utilization, and pipeline.
• Collaborate on complex automation and data model changes.
• Act as first-line support for CSE systems and governance.
• Partner with Operations & Analytics for cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years in ops, business analysis, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-workstream oversight.
• Excel/Google Sheets skills; pivot tables and lookups.
• Familiarity with Salesforce end-user reporting and light admin tasks.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements.
• Bias toward action and continuous improvement.
