📋 Description

• Own and maintain production-grade SQL queries, dashboards, and self-service tools to provide
• Analyze performance across vendors, agents, and workflows to identify trends and improvement
• Investigate data anomalies with hypothesis-driven analysis; escalate fixes when warehouse changes
• Maintain consistent metric definitions and proactive reporting quality.
• Develop staffing forecasts using historical data and external datasets (wildfire activity, weather
• Analyze headcount vs. demand and support scenario planning for peak periods.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in SQL with production-grade BI infra using Metabase or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a skeptical, data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis; time-series, forecasting, or predictive modeling
• Experience identifying and incorporating external datasets to strengthen analysis.
• Ability to immerse in operational workflows and translate findings for technical and non-technical
• Strong collaboration and communication; organized with focus on data integrity.
