📋 Description

• Maintain and improve core internal processes and workflows that underpin how the business runs day
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across key business systems and processes, identifying and
• Own end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize repeatable processes, driving clarity and
• Assist in optimizing internal platforms and tooling to reduce manual lift and improve team
• Support project management for operational initiatives: tracking key milestones, flagging risks

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, data or a related analytical role
• Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• A structured, analytical mindset with strong project management instincts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or follow-through
