Operations Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor core KPIs across customers, segments, and systems to identify unexpected drops, spikes, or
• Investigate root causes of performance issues across data, operations, or product changes
• Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitors for degradation in revenue recapture outcomes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product to validate system behavior and prioritize
• Maintain and evolve business health checks for early warning signals
• Create documentation and playbooks to improve response times and support proactive quality practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with business KPIs and operational metrics
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode)
• Cross-functional mindset; comfortable collaborating with data engineers, product managers, and ops
• Ownership mindset and bias for action; able to contribute to solving issues, not just surfacing them
• Bonus: experience with data quality monitoring or operational alerting systems
