Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Assist customers with the car rental process at Flexdrive facilities
• Prepare rental vehicles for Lyft drivers, including fueling, cleaning, and inspections
• Manage vehicle lots, transportation, and daily rental operations
• Flag issues and coordinate with Operations Lead and partners
• Represent Lyft brand and provide high standard service to drivers
• Take initiative to contribute to team success

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in-person customer service (retail, tech support, hospitality)
• Familiarity with Dallas–Fort Worth area
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, problem solving, de-escalation, teamwork
• Team player mentality; Lyft driver experience is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
