Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Avalon

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes effectively to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Identify and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps
• Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and maintain guest experience
• Maintain strong visual standards and ensure product flow and stockroom efficiency
• Assist in processing shipments, shipments integrity, and communicating product needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong business acumen with data-driven approach to decisions
• Willingness to work across shifts, including peak holiday periods
• Excellent teamwork and alignment with company guiding principles
