📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, and processing across the store
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support the business and guests
• Collaborate with store leadership on budgets, expenses, and product flow

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset with focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Demonstrates solid business acumen and uses metrics to support strategies
