📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, floor replenishment, and visual standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service goals.
• Maintain strong visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address operational gaps and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales or operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Willingness to work across shifts, including peak holiday periods.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer
