📋 Description

• Drive profitability and efficiency in the store team.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management to execute tasks and provide feedback for
• Perform key operational functions across shipment, receiving, sales floor, and stock management.
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs and guests.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness and efficient operation through strong stockroom practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand and move for extended shifts.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to translate metrics into action.
• Collaborative, self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as an individual and as a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment with constant movement.
