📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment,Receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and store floor operations.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with stockroom operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods; climb ladders as
• Ability to work across multiple store areas and move quickly to support the business.
• Strong business acumen and comfort using metrics to drive decisions.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and teamwork focus.
