📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the store/GM
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Self-motivated with desire to excel individually and as a team
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles
