📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards on sales floor and back of house
• Move product flow to meet business needs and guest expectations
• Assist in operations projects with the team and leadership
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of store operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric retail ops or sales roles
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service and inventory awareness
• Comfort with visual merchandising and product flow
• Excellent teamwork and communication
• Able to work up to 30 hours/week, part-time
