Operations Client Partner - French Expert

📋 Description

• Act as liaison between clients, commercials, and operational teams
• Advise and discuss solutions with internal/external clients for NielsenIQ products
• Ensure BAU deliverables are maintained and delivered to clients
• Communicate delays, rework, and align with CS on prioritization
• Coordinate BAU post-production and pre-delivery checks
• Handle incident management per formalized process and RACI

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in client-facing roles (Operations Client Partner)
• French language is mandatory
• Combine operational skills with client orientation; translate business expectations into technical
• Strong understanding of operations production platforms
• Good knowledge of the local FMCG industry
• Excellent relationship management with commercial, clients and operational teams
