🎯 Requirements

Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or above)
10+ years in ops, sales ops, or PM with 5+ in Public Sector
Experience scaling ops for high-growth public sector SaaS
Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and govt procurement (GWACs, IDIQs, CRADAs, GSA)
Strong analytical skills; proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and BI
Excellent communicator; able to align stakeholders across orgs
