🎯 Requirements

10+ years of payment operations experience in China cross-border and domestic payments
5+ years of leadership experience in team management
Bachelor’s degree or above
Deep understanding of Chinese payment and cross-border systems, regulatory compliance, AML
Ability to drive alignment across functions and manage complex projects
Experience leading operations for RMB/FX cross-border payment products
