📋 Description

• Define and execute servicing strategies ensuring scalable capabilities.
• Own cross-functional program performance aligned to OKRs and priorities.
• Lead transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methods.
• Build clear manuals/resources with product and engineering for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee learning strategy and change management for global rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or product operations in large/global operations.
• Proven track record delivering impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management/training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or
