Lead and manage cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and
Define and execute strategies to scale servicing operations with high quality and compliance.
Translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure readiness for regulatory changes.
Drive adoption and measurable impact through disciplined delivery and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in program management or product operations, fintech exposure preferred.
3+ years scaling operations with coaching and feedback to teams.
Subject matter expert in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GDPR, GDPR, UDAAP).
Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking certification a plus.
Strong written/verbal communications; executive-ready updates and stakeholder influence.
