🎯 Requirements

B. Sc IT or similar degree with 3-5 years experience.
Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS; Linux a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and proactive skills.
Experience with JIRA ticketing and IT support processes.
Familiarity with email, DNS, and directory management.
Experience with enterprise apps like Adobe, Java, Microsoft.
