Operations Engineer, BizTech

📋 Description

• Prioritize and resolve tickets; automate recurring issues.
• Rotating on-call and incident response; weekends; document issues in real time.
• Build dashboards for health, availability, and data quality.
• Use AI tools to speed triage and scripting with judgment.
• Write automation scripts in Python, Go, JS/TS, Bash.
• Partner with global teams to drive issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in observability/metrics tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Elasticsearch).
• 3+ years data querying/pipelines (SQL, Airflow, Trino, SQS).
• Networking basics and hardware (Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Infrastructure as Code experience.
• CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) across AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Salesforce/Workday and Okta experience a plus.
