Operations Engineer (Starlink Aviation)

📋 Description

• Lead investigations on performance/reliability issues affecting customers
• Build and maintain infrastructure, tools, and custom software for Starlink aviation hardware
• Apply data science to analyze data and improve customer experience and operations
• Develop tooling and processes to improve issue resolution and hardware troubleshooting
• Build data pipelines, metrics dashboards, and alerting for performance
• Drive cross-functional outcomes across engineering, production, supply chain, and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, data analysis, or STEM
• 1+ years of experience with SQL
• 1+ years of data analysis experience in Python/R
