📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new mid-market merchants
• Serve as primary operational contact during implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for merchant launches
• Develop operational strategies per merchant requirements
• Escalate fulfillment issues during first 30 days
• Analyze volume needs with forecasting to adjust operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in fulfillment ops or related fields
• Experience with merchants, suppliers, or external partners
• Proven record of cross-functional initiative delivery
• Strong program mgmt with multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting
