Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations and performance of the Albuquerque site.
• Build operating cadence, processes, and team to scale the site.
• Coordinate shot campaign scheduling across teams; remove blockers.
• Manage staffing, budget, vendors, contractors, and facilities needs.
• Identify problems early and drive them to resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, site visits, audits, and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/running ops in startup, hardware, or complex environments.
• Proven ability to create people, processes, and systems from ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on with incomplete information.
• Experience hiring, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Strong judgment and prioritization with high-stakes issues.
• Willingness to be based in Albuquerque, NM full-time.
