📋 Description

• The Operations Lead drives profitability and efficiency for the store leadership team.
• Collaborates with Operations & Visual Manager to initiate work and provide team feedback.
• Oversees key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor
• Promotes strict visual standards for the sales floor and a safe work environment.
• Performs business partner activities with budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relations
• Leads with business acumen, using metrics to support growth strategies.

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making.
• Receptive to feedback and able to provide feedback.
• High energy, upbeat, and able to balance fun with work.
• Self-motivated to achieve results and excel individually and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
