Operations Lead - DRC (Senior Manager)

📋 Description

• Lead DRC operations including procurement, logistics, HR, administration.
• Oversee support services team and coach managers.
• Develop procurement strategy for efficient, compliant sourcing across provinces.
• Manage logistics and fleet to ensure reliable transport as programs scale.
• Oversee operational budget; forecast, manage and drive cost-efficiencies.
• Support Country Director on HR strategy and talent density; supervise HR function.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field; Master’s asset.
• Minimum 6 years in operations management with track record of transforming systems to scalable
• Deep expertise in donor compliance and grant management (USAID and other donors highly desired).
• Strong financial/budget management; risk register experience; audit coordination.
• Experience mentoring managers; strong digital literacy (Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Guru
• Fluent in French and English; Swahili/Lingala an asset.
