📋 Description

• Lead store team to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback.
• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, floor sets, and supplies.
• Champion visual standards for the sales floor and guest experience.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Budgeting, expenses, and vendor relationships experience.
• Experience with inventory control and reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration and guest-service mindset.
