• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Own inventory accuracy; lead shrink reduction and audits.
• Manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and stock control.
• Partner with Visual Manager on budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Direct and develop Operations Associates; recruit, train and lead the team.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to inspire staff and elevate guest experience.
