📋 Description

• Lead inventory management; maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with General Manager.
• Oversee shipping/receiving/processing, transfers, replenishment, floor updates.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business, team, guests.
• Lead by example; inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.

• Directly oversee Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent.
• Execute company-level ops directives with Ops & Visual Manager.
• Collaborate with Visual Lead on cross-functional training.
