📋 Description

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues; partner with GM to fix gaps.
• Manage operations: shipping/receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor sets.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Lead by example; recruit and develop Operations Associates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making abilities.
• Receptive to feedback; able to provide constructive feedback.
• Job Level: Associate; strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends.
• Directly oversee Operations Associates; recruitment and development.
