Operations Lead - Manhattan Village

📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate root causes of inventory issues, partner with GM to fix gaps
• Manage shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs
• Lead by example, inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making
• Values feedback; receptive to giving and receiving feedback
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Job Level: Associate
